Lauren holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. In addition to serving as a counselor, Lauren also works as an editor for the Journal of Biblical Counseling. Lauren is currently pursuing a certificate in advanced professional counseling from Missio Seminary.
Lauren is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and writing, book clubs, cooking, traveling, and exploring new places.
Lauren's breakout session, "A Painful Past: Healing and Moving Forward," equips counselors and pastors to walk with people and help them grow in understanding their past and their story biblically.
